YOUTH

Our Youth Leadership Programme is designed to focus on the leadership and team development for the youths to enhance their best practices for leadership strengths and abilities to work collaboratively. Leadership is part of youth development process and supports the youths in developing their abilities to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, setting personal and vocational goals, and modifying self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and abilities to turn their dreams into reality.
This programme offers the skills, knowledge, and experiences to make significant and positive impacts on different aspects of a youth's life in becoming a promising leader of the future. Highly Innovative Learning is well-embedded and especially designed in this programme to enhance capabilities, competencies, and potential developments of youths in our society and country. This learning method aims to motivate and empower youths through different activities and challenges whilst equipping them with the fundamentals of leadership capabilities and skills that are highly required for their future developments, both academically and professionally.
